In response to Alex’s question on journal rankings, there is no website that I know of but there is published information.

 Acceptance rates for journals comes from:

 Martin, Fenton, and Robert Goehlert. 2001. Getting Published in Political Science Journals. Washington D.C.: American Political Science Association.

Two studies by Jim Garand and Mike Giles have become very influential in journal rankings:
