Law School Affirmative Action Studies

Contributions to the growing empirical debate about the impact of law school affirmative action, triggered by Richard Sander's 2004 study (57 Stan L Rev 367), include a recent working paper by Lempert et al., which can be found here.  In it, the authors reanalyze the datasets used by Sander in his original study and respond to Sander's previous reply.
