I earlier posted the new law school rankings created by J. Gordon Hylton. He has just sent me a revision as he inadvertently failed to include the University of Connecticut Law School.
Hylton's revised "US News and World Report Rankings Without the Clutter" can be found here.
Apparently, these ranking are gaining significant interest... Reporters have called, and check out this post by Alfred Brophy that evaluates Hylton's statistical methodology and states: "I’m enamored of what should henceforth be known in the trade as the 'Hylton Rankings.'"
UPDATE: Prof. Hylton now lists those "schools whose overall rankings are most improved by the inclusion of the US News and World Report data omitted from the Hylton Rankings." Hylton only includes "peer assessment" and "LSAT data." The information is available here. San Diego and Northeastern show the biggest improvement in the Hylton Rankings, moving up 18 and 16 spots respectively.
