This week's guest blogger is Edward Morrison, an Associate Professor of Law at Columbia. Ed received his J.D. and Ph.D. (Economics) from the University of Chicago, and clerked for both Seventh Circuit Judge Richard Posner and Supreme Court Justice Scalia. Ed's areas of expertise include bankruptcy, law and economics, and corporate reorganization. His recent scholarly work includes "Bankruptcy Decisionmaking: An Empirical Study of Continuation Bias in Chapter 11" forthcoming in the Journal of Law and Economics.
