More on IRBs

Though not itself empirical, David Hyman's (Illinois) recent piece (Institutional Review Boards: Is This The Least Worst We Can Do?, forthcoming in the Northwestern Univ. L. Rev.) will interest and inform anyone who has had the "pleasure" of dealing with an IRB incident to an empirical project.  David provides important perspective and context on the issues as well as helpful suggestions to improve the status quo.
