Even small victories warrant note. In a previous post I echoed Dave Hoffman's concerns about the California Law Review's submission rules which worked against empirical pieces. I am pleased to note that Dave now reports that the student editors removed the dubious submission rules. Similar to Dave, I applaud the editors' efforts to make the Review a bit more receptive to a fast-growing slice of legal scholarship.
