New York Times on David Hamilton

Its nice once in a while (okay once) to be on top of the news.  The New York Times weighs in on the Hamilton nomination:

The paper falls on the "sober jurist" side of the nomination. Given Lugar's support I doubt the nomination will be filibustered, but exciting times are ahead if we get a Supreme Court Nomination.
