Robert Thompson (Georgetown) announced the 2013 ten "Best Corporate and Securities Articles" (click here for the list). In addition to congratulating this year's winning articles, I also note that 2/10 of the winning articles, Armour et al., Is Delaware Losing Its Cases? and Coates, Corporate Politics, Governance, and Value Before and After Citizens United, were published in JELS.
