Moving Stata Output Into Word

For many journals (and scholars) raw Stata output lacks a publication-ready "look-and-feel." One option, of course, is to simply hand-enter Stata output into a Word document. While this option maximizes user control and flexibility, the costs include time, effort, energy, and the prospect of transcription error. Other options in Stata now include, for regression, the outreg2 command. For other commands estout , tabout, or logout may be helpful. (For a helpful blog discussion click here.)

UPDATE: Jeff Yates (Binghamton) reminded me that those who have Stata v.15 already have another option, putdocx, installed and ready-to-use.
